Pricing

For Individuals

Most work is done on a parts & labor basis, at $45 per hour for labor. We order parts from a variety of trusted vendors to save you money. Payment is not due until the work is completed. We will give you a rough estimate of costs before work begins, and we will keep you updated if the costs might change.

Virus Cleanups

Virus cleanups are $75. We make a full backup of your information before proceeding with the cleanup. Reformatting and reinstalling Windows is done only as a last resort. Occasionally, the infection will have significantly damaged Windows or other programs, and we will have to spend a lot of time repairing the damage. We may charge a little extra for that; we'll call you ahead of time and let you know so you can decide how to proceed.

For Businesses

All work is done on a part & labor basis, at $55 per hour for labor. We can provide estimates and quotes for projects. Businesses are billed monthly on a net-30 basis.

Our primary focus is on resolving your technical problems. We keep our rates as low as we can so that we can be available to as many people as possible. If you need our help but may have difficulty affording it, please let us know, and we will be happy to work with you. For all of our clients, we offer no-interest payment plans, discounts, and, sometimes, work-for-trade. We currently accept cash and checks.

We want you to be happy with the final result, and we rely on word-of-mouth to grow, so please let us know if for any reason you are not happy with either the work performed or the costs involved. We can't promise to make you happy, but we will do our best.
