We can provide remote support for clients that need assistance with their computer. You need to have a working internet connection. Please contact us for instructions before downloading the remote support software. We generally prefer to work with you in person -- it's better for you, and it's better for us, and we can take care of any of your other needs while we're visiting. Besides, we like to see our clients on a regular basis.
